I locked that question as it really is more of a web development question as opposed to a "running a website" question. It isn't really on-topic here but due to its popularity I didn't want to close or remove it.
This question probably should have been asked on/migrated to the Software Engineering Stack Exchange site where questions like this are on-topic.
Answers on this site are not just for the person who asked the question. In fact, we close questions as off-topic if they are so specific as to be only applicable to the person who asked. We hope that questions on this site will be found by others that have similar problems and thus be helpful to a wider audience.

I suggest that we edit the help center to more closely match our off-topic close reason. I'm proposing that we change the recommendations section to:
Recommendations for sites and resources — Questions that ask for recommendations of external websites, tools, resources, services, or software attract lots of self promotion and spam answers. In addition, ...
We should allow legal questions that relate to being a webmaster. I agree with Su' from the previous discussion:
Shutting down the questions summarily only has the effect of leaving the asker just as ignorant as before, and possibly wandering off to some other forum where maybe they will get a response.
